Back pain relief

Hi ladies! I work on my feet all day on concrete and I have scoliosis. So, my back is really starting to hurt something awful. I can only imagine it will get worse the further along I get. (I'm 22 weeks now.) Is there anything you've found that helps relieve the back pain?

I think yoga daily helps. They have videos on youtube. It really helps stretch you out. And massages! Feel better!

I had a fusion two years ago, so I totally understand. Although the severity of my pain is different because of the surgery, I've found that a maternity band helped slightly. My friend with no prior back problems used hers religiously and it helped her so much. Good luck!
