Back pain

Ever since a few days before I got the positive test I have been having excruciating back pain. I have had chronic back pain for years but it's so much worse now. I have taken t3s but it doesn't help at all. Heat doesn't either. Any suggestions?

T3s are completely safe during pregnancy. I have done physio and it didn't so anything. I have done acupuncture and nothing. I've done massage therapy and that just makes it worse. I have done chiropractor before but couldn't keep up with the fees. I was previously told I have a twisted pelvic bone so not sure if that's playing a role in the chronic back pain or not. I just received a $200 gift certificate for a consult etc from a new chiro office so I'll see what they say.  I've done heat and it takes the edge off while on it but as soon as the heat goes away it's right back.

T3 is safe for pregnancy. It's an opiate and one of the few stronger pain relievers they will give you. It's the amount of Tylenol in it that can be an issue. My doc said 1000mg max daily. I'm not sure what the ratio of Tylenol to codeine T3 has

I would consult a doctor. Pregnant women are not supposed to take more than a regular strength Tylenol. Especially if still in 1st trimester. I would try bathing in Epson salts. Heating pads. Even try vicks vapour rub. I would ask a doctor about a chiropractor or physio.

I got massage pillow on Amazon.  It is so helpful, specially in the morning and evening,  where my back pain is the worst.

My back pain hasn't been this bad with any other pregnancies. Ugh. He always ******* and complains when I ask for a back massage but he knows how much pain I am in. It's sad really.
