how do prenatal make you feel

Im 11 weeks and I dint have any nausea at all.when I take my prenatal vitamins is the only time u feel Tired and sick..anybody feel similar

The same happend to me take them before bedtime that helps....

(But yes, sorry long answer, I had three different brands that made me feel much worse when I took them than without. :( Hope you find a good one.)

With my first I learned through trial and error which ones made me feel yucky and which ones didn't. Maybe just try another brand and be sure to have something in your tummy too when you take them. The New Chapter Perfect Prenatals are the the best that I've found that have all you need for pregnancy! They are made with whole food vs supplements which just means less of a tummy ache for most women and you can take them on an empty stomach. If you can swing it, those are the bomb. Whole foods or amazon. But I know they aren't the cheapest. :( I found it was worth not feeling so yucky though.

I take the flintstone vitamins, my dr said that they are good to take if you can't take the prenatals. It has to be the flintstone complete and 2 of them a day together or separate...

The taste of them makes me feel gross, so I usually take them with juice right after a meal. I've also heard that in the states there a gummy ones that help people who can't tolerate them.
