Absolutely! I personally avoid inversions, cause I'm don't feel stable enough and I worry I might fall. Also, keep your belly from putting pressure on it. For example, if you bend down, open your legs just a bit so your belly doesn't touch your thighs. I also don't like poses where my belly is on the floor (upward facing dog, sphinx, cobra...) but any prenatal yoga video just won't show these so, don't worry about them ;)

I also recommend yoga or if you can talk to your Dr about going to physical therapy, I did that my first two pregnancies due to them making back pain from an auto accident worse. I'm in my 4th pregnancy now and still do the exercises they gave me during physical therapy. Also one of those moist heat packs (not a heating pad) but the ones you microwave. They help a lot, and was more comfortable for me then a hot bath.Good luck and take care of yourself.

Exercise helps a lot with lower back pain. I walk a lot and also do yoga. Don't let your muscles stiffen, standing up all day doesn't help with that!

You can google prenatal yoga and will find tons of web sites with poses for pregnant women. Try them and I'm sure your back pain will be better soon
