Bathing Babies

Ok ladies, i am a Mother of three kids. I have 2boys n 1girl n nw im pregnant with another bby girl.. Ever since my oldest been born i have never bath him (ir my other kids) in the kitchen sink. I c alot of mothers doing it and in my opinion i really think it's unsanitary to bath ur babies in the sink.. How many of you ladies have done it??

Ive always just bathed my babies in the big bathtub. A lot of times I was in with them. If I were to use the sink I'd make sure I cleaned it out really well like with bleach....

I have bathed my son in the sink...I always scrub it down with cleaner rinse and wipe down with hot water and a fresh clean rag.

In my eyes it's cleaner then your bath tub....you wash your dirty dishes (which consist of cooked food that was left on the dishes) regularly with dish soap and then rinse and wash the sink out afterwards....in your bath tub you have germs built up from whatever your body (and feet) have came in contact with...unless you wash your tub after every use with a cleaner it sits with soap scum and other germs!

Everyone's opinions are different and to each their own on how to bath their children....

Please don't take my opinion as knocking yours against it...just stating my mind set is all!

I've bathed my son in the laundry tub but it was brand new and hadn't been used for anything else.

No, I don't bath babies in sinks either. Too much bacteria. A baby tub is so cheap now of days, I don't think a sink would even be necessary.
