Did u have a regular exercise routine or where u exercising on a regular bases b4 u got pregnant? What kind of pains are u getting exactly? N how much weight have u gained so far?
I bought a belly band from the hospital and found it useless.... But hat could just be me I have had hip butt and lower abdomen pain since the second trimester.... Sometimes it's so bad my legs don't wanna support me and buckle. Apply heat and there's stretches you can do the ones I was told to do required me to be on all fours and that wasn't happening...I have bad knees so already struggled to get up.
