I am 30wks + 5days, getting stomach pains before bed , usually in the evening and I turn so much switching sides , soooo uncomfortable but drinking liquids helps and maybe a pillow in between your legs ..

Try to sleep on the left side only with a pillow under the stomach, under the back just a little, a couple for the head, and one for between the knees.(Purchase some more pillows if necessary.) This helps. The pain though is not Braxton Hicks. Those will be defined tightness episodes  that last a about a minute and go away. I'm 34 weeks. Hope this helps.

I place a pillow under my belly. It helps. But some sides you just can't lay on.

I'm 31 weeks and I'm feeling the same thing! I think I might be stretching more bc she's taking up so much space, I'm not sure. But I'm so uncomfortable!  I don't think it's BHC bc it doesn't really go away. Is this what you're feeling too?
