Are these normal?

Greetings.

Hope all is well with everyone. I am going to be a first time mother in Feb. I get my offical check up on the 21st of the month but I've been have tightness in my midsection, spasms and a tingle that feels more like a stactic shock in my belly.

Is this normal? Its unsettling and I'm trying to stay prayerful but I would only be lying if i said it doesn't bother me. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to expect at 11 weeks- i don't know what to expect at all honestly. Everything scares me. Eating healthy, i can't swallow pills. I don't know why but i feel like failing at this. Any advice?

Peace and Blessings and congrats to all who are expecting.

perfectly normal.  I'd say it is your first its your muscles moving around to make room for baby.  Just wait with #2 it is like the second you find out your pregnant it all goes back into the same spot as it was so you show faster and tend to get bigger.

I promise every woman is like this about their first child. Once you get over 13 weeks and get your ultrasound you well start to settle down

I think all you are feeling is your round ligaments. Cramps are very normal. Don't freak out
