Anyone look into, think about or tried this method of birthing? What was your experience?

Plan to find *a* program... not *anxious* program. Stupid phone.

I'm pregnant with my first and naturally I'm a bit anxious about labor and delivery. I plan to try to find anxious program of some sort that incorporates similar principles to hypnobirthing. There is a book on amazon called Mindful Birthing that I'm planning on purchasing. It also has an audio cd. There really aren't any in-person classes available in my area or I would prefer those.

My sister did it and I did a similar course called Calmbirth. We both had calm natural births with pain we could deal with and breathing exercises that helped... and i know about another 5 people who have done courses like that - it seems that their births are unrushed and have less complications or need for interventions as others who don't do those types of  courses (generally). I'd highly recommend courses like that! They help you understand how capable you actually are :)
