Bleeding Heavy Nightly

Hello everyone!
I have had spotting for about two weeks now and are 6+5days pregnant!
I have also had about 4 decent bleeds, the last 2 being nightly at 8pm! It then returns to spotting during the day. Im wondering if anyone else had experienced this off and on bleeding? A Ultrasound at 5 weeks showed 2 sacks, one with a yolk and fetal pole, the other without! HcG levels were still doubling when I last got results!
Feeling so confused and helpless!

I experienced the vanishing twin syndrome with my last pregnancy. .but there was no bleeding no clamping no signs.  My doc told me my body would just dissolved the empty bag n it would clear it through my blood stream. If it didn't by certain month then they had to remove it through my belly button or at that point it would harm the other baby. Cause short limbs... Thank goodness it dissolved how the doctor said. But never did I have any bleeding. Now with my 1st pregnancy I had the blood clots need bleeding n after the sonogram they found out I had a miscarriage. Hopefully it's different for u.

Thanks for your replies Ladies, I asked my doctor as soon as i saw the report and he said it wasnt possible. But I knew it could happen! A bit ridiculous!

Unfortunately just a bit of a update, I went to hospital last night after soaking a pad in about 5mins with 4 golf ball sized clots (sorry tmi) they think with the amount of bleeding I had its unlikely it was just a sack but cant tell me unless I get a ultrasound.. :(

It sounds like your body is trying to pass the empty sac

Try reading up on "vanishing twin syndrome" and talking to your Dr about it. It may be what you are experiencing. Good luck!
