Bleeding in early pregnancy

I am only 4 weeks a long in my second pregnancy and I started spotting this morning. It's gotten worse through the day and I have some pressure in my lower abdomen. I called my doctor and they said not to come in until morning, but she definitely wants to see me first thing in the morning. I'm just super worried. Any advice would be appreciated.

If your only 4 weeks they won't do much for you other than tell you to wait and offer to monitor your hcg levels. You could be implantation bleeding if it's not heavy. If it is turning into a flow it will be labeled "a threatened miscarriage". If you have a full period and your levels drop then it is a confirmed miscarriage. It's frustrating but don't get discouraged. Early miscarriages arenot uncommon. There's no reason you can't keep trying.

Go to the ER! In March i started spotting it take two to three days and i  lost the baby. I feel like i waited to long to go. The hospital told me it's nothing they can do in the first trimester.

Thanks for the prayers! It's much appreciated. I called my doctor again today and did some blood work today. The bleeding seems to be getting a little worse, and they didn't do an exam or anything so I'm headed to get a second opinion.

I also had spotting at 4th week and 6th week. I was very worried, the doctor prescribed progresterone injections. I'm now at 7th week, got my first ultrasound this morning, the baby is fine, with heartbeat :) Do go check with the doctor but do not worry too much, get lots of rest. Wish you the best.

No previous miscarriages. I'm not soaking pads either. I would say it's somewhere on the line of spotting and actually bleeding. I did have one very small (pea sized) clot. I may very well just go on into the ER just to be safe.
