How accurate is the baby weight before birth ?

How accurate is baby weight before born ?
I'm super nervous bc like in January around the 27th ish the ultrasound tech said my son was about 4 pounds then , so now being march I had my Dr apt on Tuesday & I expressed my concerns to my Dr & asked how much he thought he was now , he said 7 , & I know in the last month is when the baby picks up most of their body fat and weight . So I'm sitting here like OMG 12 ponder ! Possibly ....
My pre pregnant weight is 110 & I'm now 136 , I'm 36 1/2 weeks now and I'm dilated 4 cm . But that could stay steady till the end .
Now iv had 2 children previously , 9 & 10 year old , but they was small , my 1st was 6 & my second was 4 . I was much smaller pre pregnancy than this time but that was 10 years ago  . Idk healthy is great ! But the thought of 7 and up is scary !  7 is average but the thought of knowing he's still growing .... is what scares me .

Don't stress about size too much. Baby will grow to what size he/she needs to. My sister is tiny and my nephew came out at 11pounds, completely natural birth with no pain meds or epidural...etc. She had some tearing, but nothing too major. Its natural and it will work! Hope you have a healthy baby and a complication free birth! :)

When I was 32 weeks I did I 3d ultrasound and the tech said the baby was 6.5 pounds since then I really haven't been able to ask my Dr many questions as he rushes me but I wonder the same thing. If I haven't had the baby by Tuesday I'm being induced so hopefully he'll be able to tell me more then.

I had a 3d ultrasound just 18 days before my daughter was born and they told me she was 6 lbs 2 oz... just 18 days later she was born at 6lbs 13 oz... so they werent too far off...  but thats with an u/s not just a doctor guessing
