Breast feeding w/breast augmentation.

I'm a FTM 33 weeks due on April 14. I got implants in 2012 (saline, under the muscle). At the time, my surgeon said that I will be able to bf and it will not hurt. But now I'm scared and Is wondering if there is any mamas out there that has bf with breast augmentation and what was your experience I want to breastfeed but not sure if I'm even going to produce enough milk, also what was the outcome after you finish bf did your boobs sag or stood the same. TIA

You might have to wait till baby comes for your milk to come down.,. I'm on baby number 4 and I've never leaked before  the other 3 came and not even with this one but once they came my milk let down... Don't worry too much though, I'm sure it will come down for you...

I was told my the lactation consultant when I went to class that the only women that have a problem breastfeeding are when that get a reduction, and that's only because they remove some of the tissues/ducts that produce milk...

Yes it's my first. I'll just see what happens once I give birth. Thanks again everyone.

Hmmm well I have heard of women who's breasts didn't enlarge until right at the end and had no leaking until right after the baby came then their milk came in full blast. That could happen to you! Is this your first?

I'm due May 4th and I have saline implants under the muscle as well. I got them in June 2012. I have a 6 year old daughter that I wanted to breast feed, which was obviously before the implants but I never produced milk. So if you are unable to produce, it probably has nothing to do with the implants, maybe it's just your body. I'm trying to be hopeful that this time around I will produce but so far I haven't leaked anything so I'm just thinking there is something wrong with me, lol.

Thanks ladies for responding. @Amy1830 see I was a small A before implants and went up to a D I'm 33w1d and my cup size has not change much during pregnancy still wearing the same bra of D or Dd for extra support that's why I feel like I'm not producing milk what's so ever.

Sorry I posted before I was done lol I think because its under the muscle we will still be able to breast feed. I'm not sure about the sagging part I would love to know that as well. Because I was a deflated A (I was a large B before my first child) then got implants which made me a C and now I'm a D and only 17 weeks so I'm thinking I'll get to DD's at least!
