It's a guallbladder and liver. Your guallbladder slows down or completely stop and your bile over flows to your liver and it has a really hard time processing it and releases it into your bloodstream and you become toxic as well becomes toxic for your baby. Systoms are itching of the plums of your hands, and soles of your feet, dark urain, pale stool, pain where your liver and guallbladder are and worst case yellowing of the skin and eyes. If you had it your first pregnancy you have a 90% chance of getting it the next ones. After the baby's out your body goes right back to normal but you can not take any hormones after bc it will bring back all the systems of this. So no birth control or hormon replacement, but there is an iud that you can get that doesn't use hormones but it is very expensive

I had with with my first, I was induced at 36 wks 2 days. My doctor told me that the longer the baby is in the higher chance of still born. I'm 28 wks with my second and is already showing signs of it. My dr said he will be inducing me between 34-36 weeks.
