Thank you ladies so much ! I feel like I just had a one on one with a nutritionist foreal ! Lol . But deff learned de things ! I did not know watching the milk you pump can mess with production !!!! I'm glad you told me that cuz I do it & used to do it with my son all the time too & my milk dried up after 4 months :( I wanna breastfeed as long as I can with Babygirl so the more knowledge I have on it the better ! Thanks again ill be keeping your advise in mind ! XOXO!

Spicy foods won't give your baby heartburn.  Many cultures consume spicy foods with no incidents whatsoever.  You don't have to avoid cruciferous vegetables. If they do end up making your baby gassy, decrease the amounts you eat.

Actually the foods you eat will make a difference in the taste of your breast milk - that's why breastfed babies whose moms have healthy diets with lots of variability end up enjoying a wider range of foods when they start eating solids, because they've tried them before. Some babies are more sensitive to "gassy" foods like broccoli than others, mine never had a problem... Lots of water, and keep taking prenatals - those are the biggest things. Otherwise just try to maintain a healthy diet and you'll be doing great!

Drink lots of fluid... if you don't drink enough your milk supply will suffer....

Take your prenatal vitamins while breastfeeding it will help with the quality of your milk. Then eat a healthy diet like you are told to while pregnant plus you don't have all those restrictions on what you can eat.  I eat lots of fruit and veggies (salads)  I eat lots of lean meat a good amount of diary milk yogurt cheese sticks or cubes. Juice ... I did however cut back on starchy foods and foods that are high in fat and low in nutritional value. I also eat about 1-2 mini chocolate bars ( mini hershey) I buy bags of them and eat 1-2 a day. Bars not bags.....lol...  most important is to try not to eat empty calories....   food does change some taste in the breast milk I tested it on my husband because my baby seemed less interested in nursing and more interested after eating some foods.  I learned to recognize what she did and did not like. It will not make baby starve just make them not want to continue to nurse once full.  Nobody can tell you what your baby will for sure like and not like all babies have different taste. Good luck...

The reason broccoli makes babies fussy is it is one of those gassy foods, like beans or even caffeine. It kind of messes with their tummy, but no it doesn't make your breast milk taste funny. Actually, I ate a lot of salads and fruits/veggies when breastfeeding. Your breast milk actually taste kind of sweet (so I have been told by my 5yr old who has drank her aunt's breast milk) and she eats a lot of those gassy foods, salads...you name it she eats it. I mean they are healthy foods...just remember, everything in moderation. You will have a very happy healthy breastfed baby, don't sweat it, stressing over your diet and milk production can cause you to produce less
