Fenugreek works good I hear. Take 3 pills with each meal. It will make you smell like maple syrup.  I plan on using it because I'm going back to work after he is born and don't want to formula feed.

Thank you I appreciate it. My baby will be going to daycare as of 8 weeks so I want it to have all the antibodies it can receive prior to going. My mom used to watch my daughter but has passed away from cancer not long ago so now they will both be in daycare. :(

I went through this with my first too. Eventually the distress outweighed the benefit for me, but a midwife at the hospital got me to pump between every feed, there's some natural vitamin thing you can take (can't remember what it's called sorry, something like golden thistle or something), mothers milk tea, and your dr can also prescribe a medication too. Good luck!
