Brown Bleeding/Discharge

I'm nearly 9 weeks pregnant and have just been to the toilet and when I've wiped there was a browny discharge on the toilet roll. I'm scared to death can anyone help?

Don't worry! I had spotting in week 2 and right through week 13 & 14...just get your doc to check that the baby is OK and your placenta is not low...currently at 17w

I had brown discharge from week 7 through 10 off and on and only when I wiped. My Dr did an ultrasound and everything was fine. Like Schmalzy said its old blood. As long as there is not a lot and it doesnt turn red or you don't get cramping I don't think its anything to worry about but every woman's body is different. You may want to call your Dr though just to let them know and see what they say.

It could be something or it could be nothing. When I had my missed miscarriage the discharge was brown. I never saw it turn any other color because I had a D&C that same day. I lost the pregnancy at 9+5 but didn't find out till my 12 week scan. I would just keep an eye on it and maybe give your doctor a call tomorrow to get checked out.

Brown is Ok. . It's Just old blood.  My sister had Brown discharge through her whole pregnancy.  If it's red with cramping.. That's When you have to worry.
