Advice needed.

I'm 26 weeks and have noticed that over the past couple days I've lost my appetite. Is this normal?

I also drink LOTS of milk and that keeps me pretty balanced as well. Along with lots of water.

I ate so much in first trimester (I was starving!! Lol) that about half way through my second I had to practically force myself to eat bc my appetite was just gone. Its completely normal though, just try to eat little snacks and meals throughout the day whether you're hungry or not. I eat a lot of watermelon and other fruits bc it's healthy and easy to eat even when I'm not hungry.

I have learned that so many things are normal in pregnancy and everyone is different. I'm 30 weeks and having really bad acid reflux which makes me nauseated and I will lose my appetite sparatically. You losing your appetite may be completely normal for you. However, if you're worried or if it is prolonged appetite loss I would deffinetely speak with your doctor.
