I'm 29&3 I've had pretty strong ones like that too for the past month or two I talked to my dr about it and she said it was normal and not to worry unless they got a lot stronger and closer together...you should be fine hun

I did... but they are supposed to be sporadic and should go away after hydration and changing positions... if they seem to catch a rhythmic interval and grow stronger,go to the er...
