CRAMPS!
I am 20 weeks today and I am cramping on and off. I no I am just worried, and there is no spotting. Is there anyone else having cramps that will not go away?
Lots of water, it is probably just growing pains.
Try a warm bath. If these cramps won't go away after then go and let it checked.
Im 22weeks and I woke up with period like cramps. I was nervous but thet went away after a few hours.
Are they really bad all over or more so in one spot? It could be dehydration or round ligament pain. But if they're like menstrual cramping or all over I'd get it checked out. Especially if it worsens.
