To eat healthy and drink water gave me energy but with pregnancy it can be hard to get energy from anything. Maybe try substituting maybe with juice? But I would recommend no caffeine

I only ever drank half caffeine coffee, but I got headaches when I stopped cold turkey.  I just started weening INSTEAD. I add more decaf and less caffeine every other day.  So far no headaches. Maybe try that.

Hey there! I drink red bull on occasion and soda too. I had such low blood pressure with my 1st pregnancy, my on told me it was ok to have one. It raised my bp to normal range. My daughter is fine. Not crazy hyper or anything like that. I think u will be fine as long as its in moderation.

I drink energy drinks and all my babies are fine. This is my 5 th baby. I drink about 240mg a day while pregnant when I'm not I drink up to 480mg or 6 red bull. I've had 5 miscarriages but they were all due to low progesterone at 6 weeks or less.

I drank tea like it was water with my first son and he came out with ADHD and autism, my other son is fine.  This tone around I'm steering clear of anything caffeinated.  Not saying that was the cause, but my nurse at the on office said that caffeine restricts the blood vessels and can reduce blood flow to the baby.  Not a risk in OK with.  Good luck.
She said one 8 oz cup of coffee or soda is OK.  No more the 200 mg per day.
