Caffeine

I was just curious if it's OK to have at least one caffeine drink a day? I'm a ftm and I will be 33 weeks tomorrow.

Yes you can have 200mg of caffeine daily. A can of Coke contains 40mg.

This is my second pregnancy. I have 2 cups of coffee in the morning and it last me all day. But some days I cheat and have one cup of coffee then a cherry Pepsi later.

I believe you can have like 200mg a day. I have one can of coke and that does me good. This is my second pregnancy and I did the same with my first.

One "serving" or one "drink"?  Caffeine is ok in moderation. (1-2 cups of coffee for example) However there is a big difference between a can of coke and an XXLarge double shot of espresso coffee Starbucks drink...
