Omg yesss they hurt soooo bad too . But now what I do is just flex my foot forward to like pull and stretch that muscle
Happened almost every day with my first baby, not so often this time. I usually wake up in the middle of the night with really bad charlie horse's. Lots of water and some potassium can help. Also when you get them try to point your toes up. Good luck.
Welcome to pregnancy cramps! I had them shocking with my first. Magnesium was the only thing that helped me but only get it from a qualified naturopath during pregnancy, I wouldn't just buy any old dosage from the chemist, not safe.
In my second trimester I used to get Charlie horses every morning! Sometimes in the middle of the night. I read up on it and asked the doctor and was told to drink plenty or water, and eat bananas (potassium) they went away recently. Good luck!
