2 gestational Sacs

I went for an ultrasound last week Friday to confim my pregnancy and to determine what was the cause of my cramps and my bleeding. The doctor told me there were two gestational sacs, one was collapsing and the other appeared to be okay, but could not hear a heart beat. I am afraid cause I had a miscariage 9 months ago and I really want to be a mom. We have been trying a while now...

Any advise would be helpful

You may have started out with fraternal twins, but one of them did not make it.  I agree with superchoc, try to relax and take care of yourself so you can be as healthy as possible for baby.

Usually a heart beat can not be heard until 14 weeks, i presume you are between 7-9 weeks? It sounds like there are 2 attempts going on in there :) one does not sound too promising but only time can tell, try to relax and take each day as it comes. Best of luck and keep us posted x
