Headaches

For the last three or four days I have been having headaches. Called my doc and she didn't seem too concerned. Just said to take some Tylenol but to let her know if that didn't help.  I plan to call tomorrow. No other symptoms except just feeling sort of run down. But I have three kids so I am not surprised there!!  I am 15 weeks along. Anyone with similar issue?

Drink a lot of water most headaches are caused by dehydration.. Typically we should be drinking 132 oz a day now that we're pregnant which is insane lol! But the heat will also make things 10x worse.

Try laying down in a very dark room with a cold wet wash rag over your forehead and eyes and attempt to take a nap it usually always works for me!

I had bad headaches everyday for like 2 weeks around 12 and 13 weeks along...and now at 34 weeks I'm having them again. Tylonel doesnt help much unfortunately. I had to do the cold wash clothes on my head.... Also you can have a small amount of caffeine. Drink a small soda or cup of coffee that might help a little but too. Just don't have over 200 milligrams.

At around 15 weeks I also had headaches like every day. Woke up with them and they would Stay forever. I hated it. If they had gotten too bad I would take Tylenol which really didn't help too much but most of the I would just try to wait it out so that I wasn't taking too much meds. The doctor just said that I needed to drink lots more water which was true and I haven't had too many headaches well not as many as before. I'm 19 weeks now hope this helps

Yes I have them all the time. I get them at work from the heat and home from my screaming 5 yr old lol. I found when at work if I wrap a cold wrap around my head my headache goes away. At home I don't get a lot of relief.
