Can you get piercings while pregnant ?

It's my birthday, and I wanna do somethinq..  I got 10W left and I just wanna be able to do something.. Something exciting I guess, I feel so lame and no fun cause I can't do anything.. I can't get a tat, I can't drink, i couldn't get on rides when the fair came, I just wanna be able to do something besides just sit around lol.
And I was just wondering if I could get at least a face piercing or would it be bad ?

What your being told here is right sadly. You are going to be hard pressed to find someone to do it and if you do I would be nervous of the ethical part of their business. As a tattoo artist part of the reasoning you shouldn't get it is cause of infection but partly you can go into shock much easier. Its way safer to wait sorry :(

I got a facial dermal on the side of my face near my eye and a dermal piercing on my finger when I was 7months pregnant and havent had any issues as far as healing and im now 37 weeks

Every boom I've read says no piercings and no tattoos. Basically nothing entering your body unnecessarily due to the risk of infection. It would be awful if you got a staph infection or something while pregnant which is so easy to get if you have an open wound such as a piercing. Staph and other bacteria is present everywhere so you could pick it up even after your done being pierced. Our immune systems aren't up to par while pregnant.

You cant get any facial peircings while your pregnant but you can get your ears peirced. The reason behind this is not only an increased risk of infection but because of the nerves and mussels in your face. Like if you were to get your eyebrow incorrectly peirced it could paralyze part of or all of your face. Thats basically the same concept with pregnancy. But the line of correct and incorrect is very blurry when it comes to pregnancy. Hopefully this helps :)

I've had face piercings before and they were all ok cause is clean them like crazy cause I was scared of infection lol. But I don't even look pregnant I'm really small she's in my back and I have sooo much back pain. But i was thinking of getting hair done but I have a mother that's one of them that she don't care how old you are, you will hear her ***** on something she don't like, or thinks it's not riqht.. So I decided not to do that cause I didn't wanna hear her lol

A reputable tattoo and piercist wouldn't do work on someone who is pregnant.  I agree with the above. Pedicure and a fun new hair do!

Book yourself a pregnancy massage and get your finger and toes done a funky color. If you still feel bummed pop some funky streaks in your hair. Nothing that will cause an infection but everything that feels amazing!

I think it would just be open to infection and you can't take anything for it. It's probably best to wait. But I know what you mean, pregnant women can't have any fun.

I'm pretty sure if you look pregnant any place will not pierce you :/

I'm not sure about that. I wouldn't risk the chance of infection or rejection since you want it on the face.
