Can you pass Mosaic Turner's Syndrome to your baby?

Hello! I'm 25 and was diagnosed with Mosaic Turner's Syndrome while still inside my moms belly. So far, I have lived a VERY normal and healthy life. I have had no turner syndrome symptoms at all. I'm able to have all on my own children. (SO blessed and thankful) I have 2 beautiful boys. I want to have a 3rd but my WHOLE family gives me a hard time. Like why would I EVER get pregnant because I could potentially pass TS if its a girl. They make me seem like a horrible person for wanting another child and tell me I'm not thankful for what I have and that is NOT the case at all. I love my boys with my whole heart! I'm just wondering what the actualy chance is of me passing TS to a girl. Is it high? Does anyone know? I cannot find any info online about it. I'm just so torn. Thank you!

My understanding of the way the mosaicism works is, the chance of you having a daughter with Turners syndrome depends on the chromosomal makeup of the cells in your ovaries, and whether the egg that becomes a child happened to come from a group of cells with normal chromosomes or not. Ie very very hard to predict. You might ask your OB for a referral for genetic counseling, to see if a specialisy can give you any more info. If you've already had two kids, it sounds like the Turner cells have very low penetrance in you, so maybe your chances are good; but I think it's impossible to predict.

Having one or thousands more should be ur decision not someone else so dont let other persons make u fell bad.You are a beautiful mom and noone can't chanhe that also God knows what is inside ur heart so stop killing yourself, and if the girl comes just pray and try to make sure she have a beautiful life anyways as u said  you have lived a very normal and healthy life so make your decision thinking in what u wanna ...why u sould care about someone else blaming u for no reason...u are a goos person thats what really matter..
