It's perfectly safe and encouraged to see a dentist while pregnant. Just be sure to tell them you're pregnant when making an appointment. It's very important to get any infections in the mouth cleared up ASAP while pregnant bc infections in the mouth can spread to the blood faster than other infections.

Hit enter too soon. Cold compresses work best and you can use Tylenol every 4 hours until being seen by a professional.

I manage a dental office gey a medical release letter from your OB and make an appointment with a dentist. We get A LOT of pregnant women with dental issues due to the fact your calcium helps make up the babies bones. It's encouraged to keep up with dental hygiene while & after pregnancy.

I would call your dentist and set up an apt. They can either fix the problem or prescribe something you are allowed to take while being pregnant.
