Can't stop eating (sad face)

This is my first baby. And sorry if I sound dumb for saying this but I can't stop eating. I'll have a nice size meal... Then I'm hungry again. So i snack until it's time for another meal. It seems like it's not enough though. What to do? This is only 9 weeks and 4 days. Anyone?

I do the same thing every once in awhile. But the one thing that has helped me the most is the protein powder from gnc. Its just a basic one with bcas for energy.  And it gives a great source of protein since I dont eat a lot of meat. It will fill me up for awhile. Maybe you should look into that? You could always mix it in a blender with fresh fruit to makw a smoothie

It's hormones sorry!  Make sure you're getting lots of fiber! That helps :) also if you're underweight,  your body will be trying to bulk up and adding to your stores...that is good!

There are lots of healthy snacks. Yogurt. Cheese. Cottage cheese. Fruits. Veggies. Nuts. Hummus. Peanut butter. Eggs. Beef jerky.  Glass of milk. Trail mix. Even "bad" snacks are OK sometimes as long as you usually keep a good mix of healthy snacks in the rotation. Protein bars or granola bars can also be convenient.

Its normal. You have to eat about every 2 hours when pregnant, especially during the first few months. Blood sugar drops quickly and its very easy to get overly hungry and sick if you don't snack religiously.

I was like that until 16weeks. I was always hungry.  I would wake up in the middle of the night to eat.

Yep that's my life too! Snack healthy and drink lots of water and don't worry. The 1st pregnancy is harder because you're not use to it. But if you breastfeed you'll be doing a lot of eating and snacking then too!

Just try to have healthy snacks which I found hard to do all the time. You can only eat so much fruit and vegetables lol

I was like that with my first pregnancy too! Constantly hungry. You are not alone lol. I have been sick for a couple of weeks with this pregnancy so haven't been eating much but I am sure my appetite will be back in no time and it will be the same again for me :-)
