Charlie horse? Leg cramps?

I got a Charlie horse in my right calf the other morning. It hurt, Lol. Now my calf is swollen and feels bigger then the other one. Any suggestions. I felt that I drank enough water but I guess not.

Omg the worst I would get them in morning and night but I keep water on night stand now so before im up I drink water my doctor says it comes from not enough water.

Ok sounds good ladies. I eat a banana aday but I guess I need to find other sources. This little girl takes alot out of me, with our me knowing it. Lol ;)

Theres pregnancy exercises you can do to also keep them from coming back. Ask them for exercises you can do.
