Not ground, just whole. If putting in smoothies or on top of yogurt, just use dry. If adding to sauces, dinners, breads, etc... soak a tbsp of chia seeds in a bit of water and it will become a gelatinous substance that is great for mixing in things :)
I believe they are grounded but great benifits to using it and u hv nutri bullet awesome I love mine to mix with anything enjoy
Awesome! Are they grounded? I am an almost vegeterian or vegan lol. I do eat meat once in a great, great while and am lactose intolerant so I like all the natural stuff that can help. Just got the nutri bullet and we been making a lot of smoothies. Gotta say love those things. So refreshing for summer time and also very filling. Il have to try chia seeds for sure.
U can put them in almost anything. They have almost no taste. Smoothies, yogurt, spaghetti sauce, quiche, enchiladas, literally anything! They're high in omega 3s, so great if ur don't eat fish or are a vegetarian! Enjoy!
I put in smoothies I make at home or a teaspoon full in yogart and mix it oh so good or in orange juice. .I take once a day before meals
How do you take them? I am starting to grow wheatgrass now. Did so much research and it seems like it also has great benefits.
