Do you know where tour placenta is? And did it stop? If you have a low lying placenta or placenta previa it could be an issue, but if it stopped or your placenta is in a far away spot I'd just mention it to your dr. It warrants a phone call for sure.

I had that throughout my pregnancy since I was 10 weeks. The last time was when I was 30 weeks n it was alot ob blood bright red.  I mentioned it to my doc. N was told it was all the add blood flow to that area. N my cervix is sensitive. He recommended no sex or to just be careful n not have rough sex. But he said it's nothing harming the baby. It's the the added blood flow n ur cervix being sensitive.  I'm 33 weeks now

Depending on how far along you are. Sometimes it can be really common. Don't worry until you've consulted your dr. Sex through pregnancy they say is safe and good.
