If you're going to eat chocolate eat dark chocolate.  It has antioxidants and is actually good for you in moderation.

My little girl had me craving milk duds for the last 3 weeks. It felt like I could never get enough. I did put on a few extra pounds but it was fun to feel her get excited and move around more after I ate them.

Chocolate is a source of hidden caffiene though, so just to check out amounts. We recently got this information from the midwife, crazy as it sounds, it is best to check xxx

Too much sugar is rough on the prego tummy plus for some babies it gets them all worked up and they'll kick you all over the place.
Chocolate is good in general, it's tasty and also activates a pleasure response in the brain similar to kissing. I have been hooked on Hershey's cookies and cream bars for like a month lol
