I just found out I'm pregnant for the first time but I've been experiencing cramps for a few days. Is that normal?

Yes, as uncomfortable as it is. It is normal. It just your uterus contracting to be larger for baby. Just try to relax and rest as much as possible for rhe first trymester. Congradulations!!!
