Coconut oil!!

I always see ladies asking about stuff to prevent stretch marks.. So I figured I would make a post n tell every one what I do. I'll start out by saying, stretch marks run in my family something terrible. And with this being my 7th pregnancy, my 4th baby that's made it this far (29wks tomorrow), I knew I had to find something that would work not only on my old stretch marks, but any new ones I would get as well. I did A LOT of research and talked to some people, n decided that I would go to the isle at the grocery store with all the vegetable oils n such, n but some coconut oil. N let me tell you, it's amazing!! Not only has it faded my old stretch marks, I don't have any new ones yet (crossing my fingers that continues lol). I rub it on once in the morning then before I go to bed. It also works great for a hot oil treatment for your hair, dry skin, diaper rashes, and it's awesome n healthy to cook with too! Hope this helps some of you :)

Love coconut oil for everything. It's also good for nipple cream while breast feeding!

I've heard that your supposed to use extra virgin coconut oil. . I have just normal coconut oil. . Does it work the same?  I haven't used it yet Cuz I wasnt too sure if it would work the same as extra virgin Coconut oil.

Also avoid scratching the skin on the belly, hips, and butt! I only have marks where I scratched :( coconut oil has been wonderful to soothe dry, itchy skin. Jojoba oil is great for skin too bit it's expensive.
