My dr said in moderation. I have a cup of coffee in the morning. With my 1st I didnt drink any caffeine and towards the end all I wanted was coffee lol
I make a cup of regular coffee in the a.m. If that's just not enough, my second cup is the half caf. :)
I have read in several places, and I strongly agree, that a cup a day is fine. I have to have my morning jolt of energy. Try not to drink the super bold stuff and offset it with lots of water if you are still nervous.
You can have 150mg/day. Check your particular caffeine drink if choose to see how that relates in oz. Also remembere there is caffeine in food so factor that into your daily intake as well
