Most doctors have late night answering services try calling and see if you get an answer. If not I do suggest going into l&d. How long have you been spotting for?
Didnt call my doc its 1:30 am yet

I had no pain or cramps sorry** I just had pressure on lower abdomen.
Call your Dr asap. I had the same thing happen to me at 29 weeks and they checked and it was all fine. It was just pressure from the baby sitting so low. I had no pain or pressure what so ever but they still monitored me every week after that.
Could be your mucus plug. If it is its normal
