Constant Nausea! :/

Hi everyone... I've been having constant nausea/ vomiting for weeks now. It's been increasingly horrible to the point where I'm unable to eat a full meal at all! I've been eating light...things like fruit and crackers. But is this usual at 11 weeks? Any relief suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanx! :/

Zofran...ok sounds great ladies. All advice is very much appreciated and I'm grateful for this app to be able to reach out to others like yourselves. I also looked up a med called Diclegis. Has anymore been prescribed this med?

Yep! Very normal! Eat frequent small meals ,protien, potassium, are great things to focus on. Don't let yourself get hungry. Stay hydrated evsb if its small siosnof jucie or water. Vitamin b6 can be helpful. Peppermint candy or ginger. Peppermint ornginger essential oil also. Sea bands and emetrol is also safe. Of all else fails ask your OB for some safe meds for nausea and vomiting. I'm almost 7 weeks and its been a week of the horror for me lol...I wasn't like this with my 1st child lol. Good luck hun!

Peppermint tea, pepper mint candy,  ginger tea & sour patch kids.  Or anything sour really.  It helped me alot with my first two,  I don't have morning sickness yet & I hope I don't either. I hope it helps.

With my last pregnancy and this current one nothing helped. I was sick for my first and allitle of my second trimester.  It was brutal. I felt sick 24/7. I ended up in the ER for dehydration. I was given Zofran. It was my miracle drug. Ask your doctor about it. I feel your pain. Good luck.

She said I could make a ginger tea but my best friend used to make it all the time and I hated it. Maybe with some sugar or honey or milk it would taste better

My doctor also said ginger would help like the real stuff not ginger ale and b6 vitamins. Haven't tried them yet cause I started feeling better. I switched my prenatal vitamins to the gummy ones they seem to be easier on my stomach. Hope you feel better soon

Great advice! Thank you! I'll try the peanuts for protein. I actually stopped taking my prenatal vitamins for a week now because I didn't know what was triggering the constant nausea, but I'll defiantly start taking them again. Thanx again amcinto

I'm only 14 weeks but had horrible nausea up until last week. All i could eat was goldfish crackers and Popsicles. My doctor suggested eating peanuts so I'd at least get some protein and it helped and I got to where I now carry a bag of peanuts with me everywhere. Taking my prenatal vitamins also helped. Just try to eat whatever you can keep down. Try little meals or snack throughout the day. I eat a lot of string cheese and yogurt. Good luck
