Thank you for this post! Lol my nausea us no bad at all but I get constipated now. I'm 9 weeks. I'm going to have to try all the stuff you ladies mentioned. This is NOT cool! Lol
I do granola every morning and just got me fiber one fruit snacks. I think I will try just prunes... i can only drink water/ice right now so I dont know if the prune juice will go down. Thanks ladies I hope this works.
Every morning I eat a bowl of all bran buds with yoghurt, and I have an apple at least once a day. Even if I don't really feel like all bran buds for breakfast, I eat them because id I get fibre every day I stay regular. It may not work right away, but try to institute more fibre into your diet daily, eventually you'll see an improvement. In extreme situations, I drink a glass of prune juice mixed with blueberry juice and just stay close to the bathroom. I haven't had to do that for a while though, because the daily fibre is enough to keep me regular.
I might have to try all of the above. This is rough.
I find mini wheats help me
I put pears in a blender with prune juice and ice. It's my miracle drink to a happy tummy.
