Contractions

if I've been having contractions for the past few hours like 8-10 minutes apart and they last about 1 in a half each time but they are not a 10 when it comes to pain am I in labor or no??

If they r not very painful (if u can still hold a normal conversation while having them) they r probably just false labour. They might stop but do wait until they r 3 to 5 min apart they might intensify. Also time them from the start of a contraction to the beginning of the next. Not from the ending to the start. That's a accurate count.

I'd wait till they're are about 3-5 mins apart.

Try a warm shower. Also make sure your bladder is completely empty even if you don't have to pee try going contractions happen when you have a full bladder from everything being squished together n such

When I had false labor and had to be monitored I had less contractions the more I went to use the rest room
