Could I be pregnant?

Hello ladies,

Here is my story. I am 25 years old and have always been in good health and relatively regular with my period. In October I had a IUD placed in, but found out in November that it was in the wrong spot and had to have it removed. I had a regular period a week before it was removed in Mid november. The first week of December I had another period for 7 days. From December 17-20 I had very light brown colored bleeding that I have never had. I thought it might be implantation bleeding so I did a HPT on December 24 and 2 different ones on December 31st. All three came out negative. I have been having lower back pain, major fatigue, headaches, and nausea on a daily basis. Over the last two weeks I have had light cramps and a slight pain in my right pelvis. Today I began lightly bleeding again, but again it is brown colored, not red. I am not sure what to do! With three tests coming out negative I am unsure what to think, but my girlfriends swear I could be pregnant. Can someone give me advice?

It might be from removing your Iud, maybe it wasn't your period. I'm not sure, I have a mirena Iud, and will be taking out soon, I read there is bleeding after removing
