massage during 2 trimester
Is it safe to get a massage during your 2nd trimester?
Yup! My friend and I both did during our second trimester. Just make sure they know you are pregnant, so they know what to avoid. The chances of them starting labor early is very very low, but to be safe.
I believe so...just make sure they don't massage the back of your ankles...you can ask your Dr to be sure. I know chiropractic adjustments are ok all the way through delivery so I would assume massages are also.
