Cramping tummy in the night

Wondering if this is a normal pregnancy thing or whether it's a symptom of my IBS? I wake up in the night with a horrible cramping sensation across my bump. It makes me sit upright and moan and  rub. Heat, back rubs and sometimes eating a piece of toast can settle it a little.  So uncomfortable!  Am 34 weeks. Anyone else getting this? Am worried its some thing abnormal :'(

Did you cramps come and go? Like contractions. (Could they be fake contractions?) Mine aren't coz they just go on and on like a niggling period pain. Last night I was a wake from 2am-5am with it and then from 7am - 9 am. I think if there is no bleeding, baby is moving as normal and waters haven't broken we are deemed as "healthy" but I really want some relief as I have been having it on and off for a week and it is getting me down.

I would like to know as well. A few hours ago I was cramping so bad in my stomach and i felt a lot of pressure in my pelvic area. I couldnt barely walk or stand up it almost felt like i needed to push. I was very hot then cold and I had the jitters. Im 27 weeks.
