suggestions please

So iam 37 weeks and i have been trying to make sure I go for walks daily to help prepare for birth. However my pelvic bone I think is whats bothering me ( the bone thats in the top of my vagina? If that makes sense ) hurts incredibly bad its getting to the point where putting any type of bottoms on for clothing or walking in general unbearable to do myself.  What have you ladies tried that helps with the pain? I resorted to Tylenol today but i dont wanna make a habit out of it, plus warms baths help until i have to get myself out lol any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Me too! Totally front heavy, did the belly band make a difference for you? I might have to invest in one early on whenever I decide im ready for number two

You and I are on the same boat.  I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow.  I have the belly band and it helps got it from babies r us. Not that expensive. I've been taking Tylenol as well its so painful and then do you feel sore.because I feel sore afterwards. I'm taking my sweet time walking that's for sure. My Dr recommended the elliptical. At a very steady pace and not overworking. I've put on 35 lbs and it's all belly and boobs. My front is heavy!!! And my pelvis is feeling the baby's pressure already.

The only thing you can do is buy a belly band to help support the weight of your belly. The tendons, ligaments & muscles are all stretched out now so that is what is causing your pelvic pain. With only 3 weeks left it's not going to get better on it's own but is it really worth buying it? I have severe pelvic pain but refuse to spend the money so I deal with it.
