Cramps at 4 weeks

So I am pregnant for the 4th time unfortunately my first 3 pregnancies ended in miscarriages.

I found out 4 days ago that I am pregnant again, I have been worrying myself sick that the same thing will happen again as I have been having mild cramps that seem to come and go throughout the day, I haven't been bleeding.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has had the same at this stage. I am booked in on Friday to see my doctor to confirm the pregnancy and get some advice but that seems like ages away.

I am 4 weeks in and I have cramps of and on right now. I have started drinking more water and that seems to help.

Try and relax, which is easy to say and hard to do. Stressing will only make it worse. I cramped from day one and am still cramping on and off at times. Come to find out at my 12 wk check up I am prego with triplets which is why I have been cramping a lot. As long as there is no bleeding you are good!

I had cramps too. I just tried to imagine it was the feeling of my uterus growing to grow my babies. I'm now 37 weeks with twins. Good luck & best wishes!

I had a lot of cramps at that stage. My ob suggested drinking more water and that eliminated the cramping for me.

Just found out today I'm pregnant, about 4 weeks according to my last period. I also have mild cramps that come and go, no bleeding. I go in on Thursday for confirmation with my GP (I'm hypothyroid and need blood work) and on Tuesday with the OB/GYN. Trying not to worry about the cramps, since most likely everything is fine.

I had a miscarriage last December and now I'm 30 weeks. That pregnancy begin with really strong cramps and I was worry. Turn out find. I was trying to relax and thinking as long as there isn't blood... The first trimester after a miscarriage is so stressful, stay positive and don't stay on your feet too long that seem to increase cramping for me. All my good wishes to you.

In beginning I did have some light cramps on and off. I myself was afraid (had a miscarriage in April), but I decided to just go with it and not to worry about it- whatever happens, happens. Still hoping things progress in a healthy manner. I think that at 4 weeks it is pretty normal to have some cramping as long as it is not severe and there is no bleeding. Try to stay positive :)
