I would wake up screaming due to leg cramps with my first kid... I just delt with it.
Eat some bananas! Leg cramps are a symptom of low potassium so rest a few bananas throughout the day and you'll be amazed at how much better your leg cramps are!

Definitely the bananas and lots of water. I know you probably already drink lots but that's a major sign of not enough fluids
