Cramps or labor?!

I'm 2 days from d-day and had an exam today she's my OB stretched me from a 1.5 to 3cm and I'm 50% effaced.  About 20min after the exam I started cramping...they got super bad for awhile but it's been 4 hours and I'm still having them every 8ish min.

Is this labor or normal cramping from the procedure?

Yeah it's #2 my first only took 12 hours too...but my water burst first so I had a clear indication labor was starting.

I was 3cm and 50% at my exam today, I just hate to head to l&d cause it means going along or calling the sitter:(
