Cramps
I'm 12 weeks along, and I keep getting little cramps around my lower abdomen whenever I switch positions at night. I'm a fast walker and walk all day at work, and today I had to sit down because of a really bad cramp on my left side. Anyone else have these?
Yes it can be painful I had them bad in the beginning!
I agree with nowits3, I was having those same cramps and dr told me it was my hips expanding and the ligaments stretching out
Most likely round ligament pains totally normal
