Cramps
I found out Christmas Eve I was 3 weeks pregnant, I had a miscarriage at 3 months about 7 months ago. I am getting cramps is this normal?
Cramps can be normal so don't stress. Stress could only makes things worse. Just relax and take it easy. If the pain intensifys or if you have heavy blood then contact your doctor. Other than that you are all good!

Yes cramps are normal. Most of the time when having an early miscarriage bleeding is usually the first sign and cramps come later. Hope that helps..
