I didn't have the best diet before the pregnancy, I weighed 130, I love fruit and I eat it a lot, but right now depending on how the veggies are cooked, I can't keep it down. I drink a lot of v8 hoping it helps, but it's hard for me to not want to eat junk every once in a while, I'm scared of harming my baby, did anyone have a poor diet and have a healthy child
